As a Child I remember being told the myth of King Canute who thought he was so powerful he could command the sea waves to bend to his will. Sitting on his Throne he was engulfed by the incoming tide. A lesson in arrogance towards nature. I think we should work with nature to stop Global Warming temperatures increasing not against.
