This Image reminds me of Vincent van Gogh perhaps caught in the Mistral with dust enveloping him. In the 1930's in the USA the Great Dust Bowl occurred the top soil due to poor management was blown away. This resulted in crop failure. We are now seeing drought in poorer Country's due to Global Warming with resulting crop failure which will result in Famine. Perhaps we should learn from mistakes of the past.
