This image was inspired by the drawings of Leonardo da Vinci and Andre Del Sarto. I remember as a child being told the story by Mother of the young Dutch boy who put his finger in the dyke to stop the flooding. We see on the news daily now of people risking their lives to save others in increasing amount of floods due to Global warming.
