This image is my response to seeing, on a visit to London, many people sleeping rough in winter conditions.
With the severe austerity cuts across Europe and beyond it could be any City . I had read a report in a newspaper of people sleeping rough in large industrial waste disposal bins, 6 to 8 abreast at times,
the conditions made worse by accompanying rodents. Sometimes we edit things down to the singular
better to understand, the numberer 12 a chilling reminder of statistics. A reminder of those less fortunate
than ourselves.
