I felt these bones had once been animated by a human presence. It was one of the first images which helped me articulate the violence that was unfolding around us all in the N. Ireland troubles.I tried to show, through the use of fragments of collage that these were not just bones but the person or persons who had been lost to us. I felt I had found my won voice.
