Having admired the film Battleship Potemkin, as I am sure many artists have over the years,
this series of works is simply a homage to it. In a way I call it new media, in the sense that at least half of the work was made outside of the computer and then completed within the computer, but not dictated by it. The image Red Meat is a reference to the rations the sailors wanted, not the tainted meat they were being forced to eat. As they say the rest is history.
